Please help, Knocking sensor problem?

Hi, my 350z suddenly started playing up and wouldn't start. I got the crankshaft sensor replaced which has enabled my Z to start however it really struggles to start up and has occasional misfires.

It feels almost normal when driving but the check engine light comes on and when I had it checked it showed crank sensor and knocking sensor error and was told it could likely be the knocking sensor causing the issue as the other was replaced but couldn't say with 100% certainty.

I am pretty much useless when it comes to mechanical knowledge so thought I'd see if anyone on here could help.

Is a knocking sensor replacement likely to fix this? I use my Z as a daily driver so need to fix it desperately.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

What year and model is your car?

Did you fit a genuine Nissan CPS?

What is the current stored fault code?

Might be the knock sensor or perhaps the flywheel.

Perhaps even a cam position sensor.

Let me have the fault code.

I have an 02 jap import. I am unsure where the sensor was from as I didn't replace it myself. I should be able to get the code tomorrow as I will have an fault reader delivered. I had to pay for a diagnostic check at a local garage where it came up on a tablet showing the 2 sensors. Previously it always started straight up with no issues.

Unfortunately I can't read the code as my car has stopped starting up again. Had the same issue yesterday when the faults could only be read with the ignition on. Might be to do with the immobiliser preventing the ecu to be read
