Lex300
Hi guys been reading around about clutch pedals sticking to the floor mine doesn't do this thankfully that i know off . Ive only just my 350z so just learning my ways around . Apparently the clutch fluid should be clear . I just checked mine and its brown in colour . The car done 53k miles . Can i just change the fluid and everything will be good . As ive read some people change/flush it out with new and its brown again after a few thousand miles. . Would i be best to put a braided line on and change the slave cylinder while changing the fluid. And what fluid is best to last long. Thanks
davey_83
With the fluid being brown in colour, it is recommended to have it replaced. I use this as it's better suited to sprinted and long drives.

I see people wrap some sort of heat shield sleeve around the pipe..
davey_83
Hi, no not unless it's causing an issue. First action fluid change as it a serviceable item in effect.
