Jimnirvana
Hi all! I work in manufacturing and have access to CNC machinery so was thinking of knocking up some camber lock out washers. Question is does anyone know the exact dimensions of said washers? And on top of that does anyone know the specs of the bolts needed? Tensile strength etc? If we can get something sorted I'm happy to start putting kits together for people for cost of materials/time etc? Thanks in advance Jimbo
MicktZZZ
hi mate did you get anywhere with this ? I have fitted new adjustable camber arms and in process sheared the toe bolts, being adjustable arms I don't need to refit toe bolts but the lock out kits seem expensive for 2 nuts and bolts and some fancy washers ! Seems pretty straight forward to make some aluminium lock out washers and then just buy some engineering rated nuts and bolts
ZMANALEX
I carry in stock the lock out plate kits and also the SPL adjustment bolt kits. I will grab some measurements for you when next in the shop. However the dimensions can easily be taken from the subframe, just measure between the stops and square it up. Thickness of 5 mm will suffice. Grade 10.9 will be good for the bolts/nuts.
