Saiyan Zeed in the DBZ Machine

Recommended Posts

Wassup New here my name is Zeed I live in Nottingham and after wrighting off Love of my life JDM DC2 that I owned over 8 years... at 15mph (damn ice and kids running on road). I ended up with 350Z only other car I could Like maybe love after some time and mods.
Picked this up 2 days after got insurance to pay out ( damn Axa never again )
So had Z around Month so far. Nowhere near as fun as my DC2 was but started working on that. Will take me few years to get it way i want. I dont Sell cars so Everything goes My way.
First thing that needed to go ware them awful leather seats. Sorted back to fabric black ones :)
Installed Mishimoto intake kit will get bumper feed sometime later. Some nice sound Need spacer Read thats good.
Rays went on last week. Once Ill sell stock wheels Get some descent continentals on since cant afford pilot sports like i had on DC2 and You know there is no going back from Pilot sports so thats matter of time and killing whats on off.
It's got Cobra Catback on.... WAYYY to quiet for Me was like.... Damn this stock exhaust sounds not bad :] . Got test pipes and picked up K4 for scrap metal price. Hope that should get it pass 100db that im used to with N1 spoon on ITR
Clutch needs sorting some point. Stock feels SLOW. Single mass flywheel is must have for me every single car I ever owned even Zastava had maximum milled down flywheel. Its my Favourite mod on card :) Maybe add Shortshifter
Tein springs should be enough, TBH quite surprised how good stock feels comming from Apexi N1 coilovers on DC2

OFC Dragon Ball Gear knob was second thing i ordered/installed it will be Dragon Ball Z Machine Project after all.
If You see Saiyan or Namekian in Orange 350z 10!% its me since I dont drive cars in any other outfits like EVER.
It will be doing around 3000-3500 miles a year since Its Main purpuse is to take me to a Rave on weekend and put smile on my Face. Rest time standing in garage

  • 2 weeks later...

Ye doing this and that to Zee

Japspeed K4 with not resonated test pipes on
On way from garage

Sunday Took Zee out for small spin see how it is @Full throttle

Monday went to grab my mate from Doncaster Airport.
Conclusions:
Fitment---- Took guys at garage 2.5 hour 1.5 hour to get stock cats/Ypipe off Torch and grinder job :D. After that  I had Cobra Catback (toooo quiet) so  easy mode. They said it was good fi. Would have done it Myself BUT CAT BOLTS rather pay than get toooo anoyed and snap something off with rage.
Sound---- PERFECT I cant think this toy can sound any better
Noise level ----  This is personal thing I guess. I'w read that they are TOOOO loud especially with flat out test pipes. Well Whoever think IT's LOUD should have had a spin with me in DC2 on motorway. Even tho I had HFC Mugen header + Spoon N1 full 2.5 inch ITS Nowhere NEAR as loud :D Gotta add that I'w had short Fd4.7 Gearbox on DC2 and 73mph was at 4600-4800rpm on 5th gear :D And earplugs for passengers. Static sound @ doington track was 101db buhaha

All in all I'd say K4 with De-Cat is SPOT ON FOR ME :)
