Ojai
Treated well from new using good fuel and serviced as recommended, how many miles would you say was about right for the first engine tear down and refresh? I currently have an excellent early version with 83,000 miles with no issues but have been offered another car with 130,000 with fsh for just £2,800. It's never had any engine work and needs new discs and pads all round but it's the motor i was thinking about with regard to it's mileage. Thanks. I believe that Nissan engineers were instructed to build this motor to last 200,000 miles. I wouldn’t worry about millages with these cars. It of course depends on several factors, including how it was driven and has it been properly maintained and oiled.
