The run will take between 8-10 minutes. No. 2Left out / off Market Hill then straight on towards Tickhill. As the road levels out there is a wide turning / junction for the Plumtree Industrial Estate, turn here when safe to do so and return to Bawtry, turn Left behind the Crown Hotel, down onto the Main Street, turn Right through Bawtry and back into the parking area.PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a timed event so as usual please stay within the law. THE ROUTE:Harley's Tikes & Motorbikes ONLY on this route No. 3 From Stanwood Engineering Turn Left onto Church Street Turn left on to Gainsborough Rd out onto the duel Carriage way, Right at the Second Scafworth turn off on the duel carriage way down through Scafworth past the King Willian and turn Left onto the duel carriage way back to Bawtry. turn Right on to Church St and back to Stanwood's, However when traffic permits you may wish to carry on to the lights turn right through Bawtry and turning next right entering Church Street from the other side between Panger & Bawtry's BarPLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a timed event so as usual please stay within the law. DECLARATION:This year you must register to take passengers so please e-mail drivers@respectgb.co.uk.This MUST be confirmed in writing by ALL drivers giving rides for Charity. Please copy and paste onto the e-mail you need to send together with your details to register I declare that the whole period of the Bawtry Pageant that my entry is covered by the relevant motor insurance covering theft and damage and relevant legislation including the Road Traffic Act 1972. I also declare that the use of the vehicle entered in this form is covered by the relevant law which is valid for such part of the event as shall take part on public roads as defined by the relevant law. I understand that neither organisers, or any sponsors associated with this event cannot, under any circumstances be held responsible for any claim arising from any incident on the event howsoever caused. I confirm that the driver of any vehicle entered holds a drivers licence and is not disqualified from holding a licence to drive the said vehicle Rules only apply to drivers offering to give passenger rides This is for the safety of our passenger. All drivers MUST Give their full names and addresses plus telephone & e-mail address. (This will NOT be shared to anyone other than where necessary by law) Car Registration number………….Year, Make Model Confirm they have a valid MOT (where applicable) They have Valid insurance and the name of their Insurance company Confirm their car is roadworthy Use safety belts at all times where applicable Confirm they will adhere to the road safety laws and speed limits Undertake to ensure the safety of their passengers at all times Confirm they understand they are giving experience rides to the public. We confirm NO MONEY is paid to drivers so not infringing their insurance cover. Acknowledge they understand all forms of motorsport can be dangerous and that each driver is driving under his own insurance, the event organisers are not responsible for passengers once in a drivers car.
