Guest
I'll do it as soon as it's not raining Wheel can't protrude when measured from top of arch, correct?
Ekona
In theory yeah, but at that point your tyre will be having intimate relations with your arches unless rolled so I'd look at that more.
Guest
Slightly longer term I'd probably be looking to roll them as there would be a reduction in ride height when I can afford suspension replacement.
Guest
Ok, spacers off on one side, wheels look lost again. Given that I buggered it up last time I'm not really sure what to do now regarding measuring. New pics below. Current spacers are 20 front, 30 rear, I'm thinking as a guesstimate for 10f, 15r, or 15 all round. First 3 pics rear, 2nd 3 pics front. SHEZZA
This video may help. http://eibach.com/america/en/videos/eibach-products/wheel-spacer
Guest
By that method 10f and 15r are spot on. Now to find some new spacers.
Adrian@TORQEN
15mm both front and rear should do.
SHEZZA
Problem with 10mm spacers you'll have to change the hub bolts, however your ok with 15mm and I no someone who has some for sale
Guest
Ok, so I cba to change hub bolts, seems I'm prone to screwing things up. If 15s at front are 5mm over, should I also go 5mm over at rear to keep things equal? Would it look weird with fronts poking more than rears or will it hardly be noticeable do you think? Ekona
15mm all round will be fine, as Adrian says. I wouldn't be faffing around with 10mm either. 5mm is nothing, look at it on a tape measure, no way you'd tell by eye alone on a car especially when the arches aren't square anyway. davey_83
Try your 20mm's on the rear and see how you get one? might sit bang on. Do you currently have the same size tyres on all round?
Guest
No, 245 front, 275 rear. I think the 20s will still be a little wide so probably stick with 15s. Thanks everybody for your help =D
