I have also got an instruction manual which I hunted down off the internet (not the easiest thing to find) as it does not come with any instructions when bought from Nissan! £85. I only paid £89 for one brand new from a main dealer a couple of months ago (they gave me a manual too ). Good luck with the sale though.
