bladerunner
Morning forum guru's, I have been running my Z most days due to the spell of good weather we have been having and the car has been running good, This morning however it is totally dead, No ignition lights or alarm led............... I have swapped batteries for a known good one and still dead, On closer inspection and a test with my multimeter i found that the 120a fusible link on the positive side battery connector has blown, It is a soldered link and looks like i need to swap the entire connector block. Is this correct? Or can i get the correct amperage link and solder it myself? Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.
ZMANALEX
You could re solder the blown link as an emergency fix or just replace the link as required. Fusible links for your application are in stock and good to go same/next day. Just drop me a PM if I can help further. Alex.
