AMT
Ok random out the blue curiosity here. I'm not technically minded so it may be silly but why are a lot of sport/supercars.vents open and have wires directly inside exposed... Example.below.a 570GT... if it rains heavy it will surely pour into the vent and be all over that wiring box (only taped up to a.certain amount)... I'm gonna guess its waterproof to an extent but looks...dodgy lol Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk Edited April 26, 2017 by AMT
Zeezeebaba
I was paranoid about this water issue until someone stated the obvious. Even on a car with a proper bonnet water still gets in the engine bay if it's raining or there is surface water about so it's pretty normal. AMT
Good point... I just thought surely they would hide wires kicking about where water can get to them? Edited April 27, 2017 by AMT
Strudul
People jet wash their engine bay with no issues. Edited April 27, 2017 by Strudul
