Kieran O'Quick
I bought these on here a few weeks back to use for Hillclimbing. Here's the original ad. http://www.350z-uk.c...ntegral +alloys From the original ad: 8" fronts ET34 9" rears ET38 I used these as track wheels as they're a light wheel, according to wheel weights list, half a kg heavier than respective Rays, but you get an extra half an inch on the rear to run a bigger tyre. Tyres: 265/35 Nankang NS2R Soft compound 235/40 Federal RSR All with even 5mm of tread Clear the Brembos without the need for spacers. Only selling as I've decided to go with this year's new Toyo R888r which are stupidly soft it seems. Well, judging by the times my competitors are bringing in anyway... got to keep up. These seem not to heat up quickly enough for the Hill. Which implies they're more durable and maybe suited to longer stints? They're very clean and look great on track duty. The tyres are a good way from the wear bars. https://www.facebook...&type=3 Edited May 21, 2017 by Kieran O'Quick
Kieran O'Quick
Being a bit thick with the image links but clicking the blue bits brings them up.
Kieran O'Quick
Track day season is here. Save your Rays and MPSS - give these some hammer instead. Shorter gearing with the lower profile too. Good for bullying others out of the corners...
Kieran O'Quick
These ran 0.7 seconds slower than the best MPSS I managed. That was mid-summer hot MPSS. Cold March for these...
brillomaster
i can vouch for the longevity of the Federal RS-Rs... my rears have managed a dozen trackdays on the beemer, and still have tread remaining! plus they're unstickable. If I was tracking a zed and didn't have a second set of wheels I'd be all over these, decent tyres are a must for track work.
