Tomh94
Can anyone who has driven the car through europe and hotter countries advise me whether I should invest in a mishimoto oil cooler or not? I have an 09 370 and the oil on warm days does get quite warm when i'm driving enthusiastically. I will participating in a european rally in june so would be grateful for any advice. Unsure what a safe oil temp is for these cars to be honest. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
nissanman312
I have one although I'm fi I did Europe last year in my car standard and there was no issues If you see it getting a bit warm be show a little mechanical sympathy Chances are you won't be balls to the wall 100% of the time anyway
Tricky-Ricky
First you would need to know how hot the oil temps get, modern synthetic oils can handle temps up to 130C +, and i seriously doubt Nissan would design the oil system without keeping the temps in hotter country's in mind, so unless your tracking the car on a regular basis, i really wouldn't worry
low IQ
I drove Europe, Nurburgring and track days last year had no issues, I have bought a oil cooler kit ready to fit but will wait till my service. You'll be fine without it.
Jetpilot
I doubt the European 370z were released with an oil cooler so really wouldnt worry
