andytreefiddy
Hi all, Does anyone know what the name of this trim would be? I'm looking at picking up a car that has brembo brakes, heated leather seats, electric adjustable seats, rays, cruise control, bose, all the frills of a GT but simply without the sat nav - have these just been added as extras to the stock car? would I be shooting myself in the foot if I got this over a GT? In a way I'd rather the storage space over the satnav, but I'm wondering if it'll make a huge difference to a potential buyer in the future (although the satnav will be even more archaic by then) Thanks in advance Edited April 2, 2017 by andytreefiddy
Holfy92
What you described is a GT, not all of them came with a sat nav. I think the sat nav was a factory option when bought from new. Does it say GT on the listing? From the picture looks like a GT
Stutopia
Sounds very much like a GT, as above, the satnav was an option. In theory it might not be and it's all been retrofitted but there can't be many with the cruise done, if any. TBH I've not heard that many people wax lyrical about the satnav, so I wouldn't sweat it at resale. to the forum BTW
andytreefiddy
No mention of GT on the listing, and the dealership isn't quite sure - I'll not worry then, as I said before I'd rather have the extra storage anyway Thanks Holfy and SuperStu
Stutopia
You could always ring Nissan and ask them, if you were concerned.
Strudul
Don't think anyone really cares for the nav seeing as Google Maps is better. If it has all the GT features, it doesn't really matter if it's officially a GT or not (except maybe for insurance... but I wouldn't worry). KyleR
That'll be a GT. Don't tell the dealer, though and get a few quid off
Desbo
I wouldn't worry about the sat nav I have It and never use it as it's not very good rather use my tom tom
The Trouser
Yup - same spec as mine when I bought it new. Its a GT (satnav was an optional extra.)
Zeezeebaba
Standard nav was pants, I removed it and put a tomtom in the cubby.
samsniss350z
I totally agree with ZeeZeebaba, the standard satnav was dire with a fair amount being removed and an alternative fitted. I'm sure i read somewhere that they did an updated cd-rom but wanted really daft money for it.

I heard Nissan were asking stupid money for the update CD Edited April 3, 2017 by Nelly64
