H5
My lift home from work is in a Lexus IS200 (99 I think). The alarm has kinda frozen on it and wont lock or do anything. Anyone know of a reset procedure or anything?
Andy
Kick it?? Seriously though, could it be the keyfob that's gone? Got a spare keyfob you could try or has the sensor in-car gone? My Clifford sometimes played up and I had to put the fob right next to the receiver for it to work in dodgy signal areas.
M13KYF
open bonnet pick up hammer hit three times, careful you must time the hits with precision timing. They need to be two seconds apart. Close bonnet if the led light is still flashing, you will need to repeat the above procedure

H5
disconnect battery for a few mins Not a bad idea. Lexus reckon it might be that the key barrel thinks the key is still in - battery might reset that?
