Chris141084
What are the best tyre sizes for wheels that are 19 x 8.5 and 19 x 9.5 with no stretch. Need some rubber for my new wheels
KyleR
255/40/18 and 275/40/18 or 245/40/18 and 265/40/18 IMO. First pair would be my choice.
Ekona
Agreed.
G1en
Pretty sure it would be "stretching" it putting 18" tyres on 19" rims
Jetpilot
I ran a 245 - 275 combo on both my zeds.

I was thinking 245/275 combo, wasn't sure wether to go 35 or 40 tho
G1en
I have 245/275 combo at 40 profile on my 18's (same width wheels as you) You would have to be 35 profile on 19's but the width is spot on, prob more straight tyre at 265 on rears but its splitting hairs
Chris141084
Why 35's over 40's? Only asking as 40's seem to be cheaper than 35's, normally the extra money wouldn't matter but due to recent events money is a little tight
G1en
Because they give you the closest overall diameter to OEM spec. You could do 40 profile but i think the tyres would look too chuncky and you then *may* have issues with traction control and your speedo reading incorrect. Below is a pic of my rears with 40 profile on 18" rims
Chris141084
That makes perfect sense, could do without TC issues. I'm thinking of fitting tein springs soon too so 35's it is then. Cheers 👠
