ioneabee
as the title - just curious and when / where would they / should they be utilised
Ekona
Spoiler spoils airflow to reduce lift, wing adds downforce (in theory).
ATTAK Z
probably wrong but - spoiler at the front down low, wing at the back up high, diffuser at the back down low
Strudul
probably wrong but - spoiler at the front down low, wing at the back up high, diffuser at the back down low Nope It's like Dan said, they go in the same place. Both reduce lift, but using different methods. Wings direct air upwards, pushing the car down, but causing drag. Spoilers prevent air from flowing where you don't want it, usually causing it to flow straight back, rather than downwards behind the car (causing lift), and reducing drag. Both are only functional at high speeds and improve cornering / stability. Mikevv
That is all. I wonder if he can create diamonds with that much downforce

AliveBoy
Ok, I can't beat that They're both for pikes peak where the air gets so thin they need 10 millionty spoilers
Paul K
I reckon it's just the extra weight of those wings keeping the car on the ground, not any fancy aero!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Strudul
Do you even wing....
Aashenfox
Although... That's a wing on a spoiler. P.S. there's another technical difference between a wing and a spoiler, a wing has air flowing over and under, a spoiler only over.
