.:Bullen:.
Hi all I'm just after opinions or advice I have a hks true dual exhaust ready to go on to my twin turbo. However I heard something on a US site or YouTube that said the resonators are no good for boosted vehicles as they get hot! Is this true ? Bearing in mind the bloke in the video is 16 and hacking apart his exhaust with a jigsaw 😂 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jetpilot
Why would a resonator not work because it gets hot?
.:Bullen:.
I have no idea I wondered if perhaps he meant restricting flow but I can't see it myself. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jetpilot
It may a little, but i would doubt its noticeable, if its a cheap rep though you may well burn your wadding out quickly with the heat, that would be my only concern.
.:Bullen:.
Hmmm anyway to tell if it's a rep or not ? And I burning it out would only make it louder I presume ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jetpilot
If its original its likely to have hks stamped on it and a "jasma" plate.
