Chris M 370z
Decided to get a really really cheap company car to use so I don't have to use the 370 as a daily... saves me putting the mileage on it and pays for itself on the fuel saved! Like chalk and cheese 😂 Edited April 1, 2017 by Chris M 370z

Chris M 370z
Just came across the video link from the dealer and pictures from when I went to look at the car for the first time... https://www.youtube.com/embed/XXgyIEyO8RM?autoplay=1&rel=0 Clean... Chris M 370z
Since I've spent a lot of time recently detailing the Scirocco ready for show season I thought I'd spend a couple of hours wiping round the 370z engine bay and it's come up really nice... ready for a few subtle mods. sipar69
Looks good. Did you use a particular product for the bay?
Chris M 370z
I used a few different products depending on material, all auto glym... detailer, vinyl and rubber care, bumper and trim gel and silicone spray. Hope this helps.

Chris M 370
Had the front end painted this week, couple of images showing before and after with the gloss black detailing. Just need to put the new badges and plate back on.
getshawty
Had the front end painted this week, couple of images showing before and after with the gloss black detailing. Just need to put the new badges and plate back on. This looks amazing. Did you have all the front end sprayed or just the bumper. The reason I ask is because iv been in the Bodyshop today and he told me if I change the bumper I'll need the whole front end painting to blend in, and my paints mint so I don't really want to respray half the car.
Chris M 370
Hi mate, thanks for the comments. I had the bonnet and bumper resprayed but that wasn't due to colour match it was because I wasn't happy with having stone chips on the front end. They managed to paint the bonnet without blowing into the wings and the colour match is spot on. I can't see why you can't just get the bumper painted... because it's plastic and drys differently to metal there will always be a slight difference in the shade anyway even from factory. getshawty
I did wonder why I couldn't just have the bumper sprayed. My bonnet looks a very slightly different shade sometimes depending on the light and I'm sure my petrol cap does as well. Don't think iv seen this colour before but it really pops ðŸ‘ðŸ‘and I love the reg plate, I like to collect them allthough I only have 4 Edited May 21, 2017 by getshawty
Chris M 370
Not had much time to get anything done to this recently but got a week off coming up and have a lot of parts ready and waiting to go on.... The wheels are currently been changed to shadow chrome which should hopefully bring them out against the colour a bit more. Not exactly got the best fitment on the temporary 350z wheels! Chris M 370
Got my suspension changed over and fitted the spacers today. Swapping the wheels over tomorrow once they've all been sealed etc. Wasn't very successful at first when those daft plastic things were touching the floor! Chris M 370
Thanks for the comments guys really appreciate it. I was convinced I was buying a new set of wheels for it but I really liked the concave look of the standard rear. I had 25mm spacers all round but have taken the front ones off as I like the tucked front and flush rear, maybe that comes from my interest in VAG cars and the OEM+ side. Just a couple of small bits done. Changed the badges for the chrome Z ones and fitted some mirror stickers that appear etched. Excuse the dirty car it's been washed tomorrow! Chris M 370
Can't wait to see what this looks like tomorrow once the adhesive has gone off!
Chris M 370
So took the tape off this morning and I'm really pleased with the way it turned out! For anyone that's worried about the fitment of the Evo R diffuser after reading a few horror stories like I did there's no need to be. It's held by two screws at the bottom, one trim clip and 3m windscreen sealant with no need for screws and the fitment is spot on.
KurtB
Beautiful car Never seen one in that colour on the road yet
Chris M 370
Not done a great deal to the car recently due to winter it probably won't come out for a little while, think I've only done about 800-1000 miles since I've had it! Had a service this weekend so have some pictures from the summer that I found online from other people...
