Hi all...So who owns an HR/REV-UP

Im looking at templating one to produce a reflective bumper insert...ive already produced one for the DE but need a kind soul who lives in the West Sussex area to allow me to template theirs so that i can produce one that fits the HR and REV-UP models!

See my post in member traders/bumper reflector colour coded reflector kits.

 

As a thanks, i'll send you a kit free of charge!!

It's a bumper off job to remove them, takes 30 mins or so if you know what you are doing. You can drive without them installed no problem too.

really? I was hoping it was just moving the arch liner. I have fists of ham so should possibly just buy new ones now lol

Hah, good luck.

 

Washer fluid bottles are in the way on both sides, so unless you have spaghetti arms and Phillips tipped fingers, it's faster to just drop the bumper.

 

After peeling the arch liners out of the way, it's just another 3 screws on each side and 6 clips at the top holding the bumper on. You can leave the undertray attached and just drop the bumper down out of the way, or undo those bolts underneath and take it off completely.

I've been following your previous thread waiting for the great news of coming up with some reflector stickers for the HR.

 

Did you ever get this sorted? I am based in Woking if thats local or if not I can post mine to you if you need

I still haven't removed mine yet it was too busy at work. I think I can get to them by removing the underrated but I couldn't get her on a ramp long enough.

Its fine, as and when buddy...Im not going to rush you as youre doing me a favour!
