Rustie
The insurance company wrote it off saying it would cost 6.5k to reeplace a bumper and a side panel and to referb an alloy. Anyway I bought it back and also got 3.7k to spend on repairs. I have had my eye on the N2 style bumper and have found one from EPRacing. Does any one have any experience buying from them and also carbon fiber products? I know they need a little bit work to look right and I don't know how much it will be to do that and get it sprayed. Also is it worth me buying spats side skirts and a spoiler at the same time if the insurance money would cover it. Thanks, I'm based in Newcastle if anyone knows any decent body shops for doing aftermarket parts.
AndyG8nby
Sorry to hear that, but glad your getting it sorted, I have got the spoiler, spats, side skirts and front lip to go on mine and it's going to cost around £1000 to have them fitted and painted.
Rustie
Where are you getting it done?
Sargara
EPR are local to me, they are based in Loughborough and I've bought a couple of bits without issue so far (panel filter, gear knob etc).
AndyG8nby
Where are you getting it done? A lad who I used to go to school with has a body shop DP refurbs and I liked the look of some of his work so I gave him a call.
monkeybrain1234
I bought my rear Valance from EPRacing. Delivered on time. Good Price But product was not the best of quality GRP. Bodyshop had to spend a lot of time on it make it fit and strengthen it etc. But get a good bodyshop and it should be good.
docwra
Id be tempted to buy genuine, the extra cost can be offset with the time making something less accurate fit properly. Genuine Chargespeed all round is £1500 ..........
Lexx
Definitely worth speaking to our own traders regarding bodykit options.
KyleR
I had the EPR V2, the bodyshop fell out with me over it, it was that awful Genuine would be ideal, but don't waste your money on it, mainly because I'm after a Genuine V2 and you might get there before me
Rustie
How much are we talking fitting? Is the only option for genuine bumpers out there that are available the V3?
