Drexyl
Spotted sitting in the airport carpark last monday (11th), looking very lonely without it's owner! Couldn't see the plate, so don't know what year, I was rushing past in a taxi to go and meet my ship!
Stew
Another ABZ visitor! You quite often see a sunset one at the control tower. You meeting your ship at the Harbour in aberdeen or you go to peterhead?
Drexyl
It was the Bibby Sapphire. Joined at Albert Quay in aberdeen. It was meant to be a month's trip, but the weather has come up too much to dive, so we got "off-hired" and dropped off in Peterhead yesterday. Home again now

martinmac
Peterheeeed! Not a very nice place. The only harbour I know where you have to go to sea because its too rough Horrible place. Aberdeen though what partial memories
Stew
I still claim that Aberdeen must have one of the highest 'pubs per person' rate in the UK!
martinmac
19th hole, Torry bar and Metro pretty well took up my time, we did have to go to sea for 30 hours each week Fantastic charter.
Drexyl
Sadly, I haven't spent as much time in Aberdeen drinking as I'd like. Seems as soon as I get off my flight, I'm almost always rushed away to either a waiting vessel or chopper! then it's RUSH, RUSH, RUSH, standby.... Stew
The metro! Class Martin. I bet you 'had relations' with many Torry slappers twice your age then! I'm just glad I'm not scrambling to the heliport now with 3 hours notice and then sitting for a week offshore as something is stuck!
