As Dan kindly mentioned it's an aftermarket switch so could be for literally anything; neon lights, garage door opener, fog light (especially if JDM), strobes, aftermarket immobiliser etc. Might even be for something a previous owner had fitted but removed before selling the car. I haven't bothered to find out what it does yet, still needs more important mechanical work lol. If and when I do, I'll try to remember to update.
