nissanman312
I have my old sibon bonnet back I bought it back for pennies compared to new price as a little project for winter. Somthing to tinker with So I'm after a bit of advice The bonnet is fiberglass based and is scuffed and has a couple of holes in. Im thinking fiberglass and resin is going to be be the best way to repair the holes and then filler on the finer scuffs ?? Obviously once repaired I will get it sprayed to the color of the car and use it again once supercharged Pictures here to give you an idea of damage and help you advise tia Edited November 9, 2016 by nissanman312
DoogyRev
if you are going to spray it, then you might find the best source to repair it from looking at marine stuff, you can get some pretty cool epoxy resins and fillers that would prob do the job - check out you tube for boat hull repairs. then just prep the whole thing for spraying.
Tricky-Ricky
Grind it back until all the damage is revealed and then use some matt and resin, and finish of with a filler, flat all over with 240grit and prime with a filler primer.
