Payco
This came up a few years back. Not sure but just don't over engineer it. Was a thread on here earlier today of someone who had done this to a Kuro black Z which looked great. Stutopia
Can't think of one with 4 tips except the GTR modified ones that have popped up.

Jetpilot
Pretty sure Simondasilva had a custom quad tip, but he had grafted on the lower bumper from a gtr, looked awesome but lots of ££££

Fluke
If it's just looks, At you just replace the tips?
Lewis_UK
You have a company called MXP Performance who made whats called "MXP SP Quad Tip" Exhaust. Looks like they stopped making it for the 350z and only make it for the 370z and GT-R now. Also a company called "Power-Enterprise" made one couple of years back, but also have stopped. Both of these was around or near abouts the £1000. You could always go to somewhere like "PowerFlowExhaust" stick in your REG, and then in additional requirements ask for quad tips and maybe provide a picture on how you want the styling to be done. For what you want, you'll probably have to have a custom build, which might work out cheaper, and you get what you want.

GMballistic
Some related threads for you wilo (some have pictures in to help).
