I fitted them 5,000 miles ago but decided to make the upgrade to coilovers (Tein Street Basis Z) last week. The springs offer a modest drop of -17mm at the front and -14mm at the back. Handling is massively improved, and the ride is much stiffer. A great entry level spring. I bought them from here: http://www.demon-twe...-17mm-rear-14mm I'm looking for £70. I can throw in some OEM dampers free of charge if you need any, too. I'm in London N4. Would rather not post them but happy for you to pick up, or I can drop off relatively locally.
