The Bounty Bar Kid
Hey peeps, Looking for coloured bolts for my mx5 as some I need to remove have seized. Only found one company gwr. Any other suggestions? Cheers
GMballistic
I think GWR might be your best shot looking around (I've never used them but seen them on eBay before). "Pro Bolt" sprung to my mind but they don't seem to have much in the way of coloured bolts plus they're always mega bucks whatever you buy from them although the quality is excellent. From eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M5-Titanium-bolts-DEEP-PURPLE-colour-Incredible-Quality-Lifetime-warranty-/261894174018?var=&hash=item3cfa1bf542:m:mUQeXBiGU_3CDRPbaRagTqg Pro Bolt: https://www.pro-bolt.com/titanium-subframe-bolt-kit-149.html Found some stuff on the Demon Tweeks website in the motorcycle section (looks like Pro Bolt stuff & no steel from what I can see): http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorcycle/fairing-bolt-kits-fasteners
Payco
Always use pro bolt myself.
valy
just about to say pro-bolt as well depends what you after but titanium works out to about 4 times more then aluminium ... and stainless steel is cheap but catches rust quick so wouldn't recommend... HaydnH
Don't forget that if you can't find what you want in the UK then changing your google foo from MX5 to Miata will show the US goodies.
Juggalo
I use GWR for all my stainless. There's loads of suppliers on ebay. Are you searching for coloured bolts, or anodised bolts? better results with the latter.
The Bounty Bar Kid
Cheers peeps.atm just looking to replace two m6 12mm bolts I need to drill out. But I thought why not plan ahead and pick a colour scheme
Wasso
I wouldn't use Pro Bolt (from experience I may add) when using aluminium bolts under a torqued load higher than its capable of. They snap!!
