Will they fit with no mods? And what tyres would you run on them? Car is on standard suspension at mo'
StevoD
You can get the Varreston from tarmac but a brand he also does Japan racing have a similar design for less money Japan Racing JR3 available from Tarmac sportz. 350zedd
I'm currently running 245/35/19 on the fronts and 275/35/19 on the rears. Offset is ET12 Rolled the lips on the rears as its lowered slightly on Teins, but its no big deal and easy enough to do. Here's a few pics.....

Tarmac@TarmacSportz
Whats the price on those Japan racing ones? 19" stagered 9.5 10.5? Sadly - not really aimed at zed owners unless you want 8.5/9.5 widths - which to be honest is a tad week 10.5 rears are better. I have a set of ES1's on my 350z that I may be willing to part with

Conlonl
Hey Tarmac risk of sounding dumb, what do you mean not aimed at zed's? Do JR not fit well with zed's at 9.5 10.5? What price are you looking for yours or would you rather I pm you Cheers Luke

What price are you looking for yours or would you rather I pm you Cheers Luke the japan racing come in at 8.5 and 9.5 but in a weak offset wheres as the Varreston version comes in at 9.5 and 10.5 with much more zed friendly offsets
Conlonl
when you say weak offset steve, do you mean the wheel will sit further out from the arch? im looking at using spacers anyway to try and get the car looking wider, but interested to what you mean by weak offset? Cheers
StevoD
by week off set i mean something around et30-et50 most wheel on 350z you aim for et0-et20, if you already have spacers maybe the Japan racing are the way to go but you wont have as much dish/lip as the wider versions from varresteon if your not aware the higher the offset the further the wheel sits into the arch

tokai1
I just had a wee look on net about the varrstoens....yikes!!! Not good reports, quality issues and bad finishing and wheels cracking??, Is it true these are a fake replica of bbs rims?
350zedd
My son runs ES2's on his zed also, and we've never had any issues with them.

Not good reports, quality issues and bad finishing and wheels cracking??, Is it true these are a fake replica of bbs rims? Yes - everyone of the ES range is a copy of a wheel - its not really a fake BBS wheel as they call it something different but it is a rip off of the design, same as JR do and same as Rota do. If you want the daddy wheels then you have to pay the daddy prices - which for 19" wheels is usually between £3-4k On a positive note I have never had issues with Varrstoen wheels that we have sold - i've used them on 3 vehicles and all have been spot on - they are sold in the droves over in the States/Europe so you will find the occasional unhappy customer, but you will find that with JR/Rota and to be honest - most wheels.
