gumpy000
well thought would have been too simply but we have tried that. however the arms aren't big/high enough to not catch the side steps
docwra
Your problem solving skills suck dude Umm yeah, love to see you on the Krypton Factor LOL Planks and bits of 4x2 chopped at and angle will do it without too much grief, use trolley jacks to get the posts in
ZMANALEX
Is it a platform 4 poster or a more modern 2 poster ? If the garage do not have the capability to get the car on there ramp then I would not be trusting them with a gearbox out job.
simonlap
I have a two poster but same issue, pads wouldnt fit under car as it's lowered so I got 4 of these. http://www.ebay.co.u...70AAOSw42JWEj8u LASER 5669 1PR LOW RISE CAR RAMPS IDEAL FOR LOW SPORTS CARS 1TO GAIN JACK ACCESS Edited August 30, 2016 by simonlap
KyleR
A Zed with Tarmac sides will fit no problem on a 4 post, a 2 post is more problematic depending on the adjustability of the feet/arms.
gumpy000
OK OK people, it was on the 2 post, we had problems because of the feet, and the 4 poster is too high, so we are going to use some ramps with have got to get on hopefully this morning. Too busy and too much work to do, to fafh about with it yesterday. but be done today fingers crossed.
