fatalus
As I am thinking of buying the bluetooth cradle for my 350z, and since my Nissan was first registered in Germany, how can I be sure which language the Bluetooth "talks" ? is there a serial number or sth? Andy
Oh dear! I believe that bluetooth is bluetooth and is just the connection so doesn't need a language or such. I believe they work with JDM's ok so don't see any difference with a German car. Would be worth confirmation from someone who might have done it before though. GC350z
Sounds like he doesn't even have the cradle to put the adapter in.
M13KYF
the lanugauage isn't determined by the bluetooth adaptor but by the base unit which is the small cubby hole behind the passenger seat in a secret compartment under the the cubby holes floor. The only way to change the language is to change this base unit. No cheap at a guess
fatalus
I do have the base of course...and the question is if somewhere in the base is sth that can tell me if my car will speak German. I know that the Bluetooth extra has nothing to do with the language.. Perhaps it is just a try and see situation..
M13KYF
it's a replacement unti under thecubby hole behined the passenger seat that needs changing. Seen this before. No just try situation http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... ght=german
