KyleR
Has something happened recently in the matrix that prevents automails being sent to Hotmail accounts? I recently helped someone get signed in here who had been waiting for over 7 months for an activation email to be sent to his @hotmail account. Now I've just read an introduction thread from a guy who tried to sign up using 2 different Hotmail accounts before giving in and using his Gmail. I've also just noticed that I've stopped getting email notifications of PM's to my @MSN account.
Stutopia
Hmmm, 14N just flagged a missing notifications issue too, also hotmail. Maybe they've changed their rules?

Adrian@TORQEN
Most likely the site is sending too many emails to Hotmail, so Hotmail is blocking them. Admin of the domain and IP address has to enrol into Hotmail JMRP Junk Email Reporting program (JMRP) When an Outlook.com user marks an email as "junk", senders enrolled in this program get a copy of the mail forwarded to the email address of their choice. It allows senders to see which mails are being marked as junk and to identify mail traffic you did not intend to send. To join, please visit http://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=edfsjmrpp&page=support_home_options_form_byemail&ct=eformts. Smart Network Data Services program (SNDS). This program allows you to monitor the "health" and reputation of your registered IPs by providing data about traffic such as mail volume and complaint rates seen originating from your IPs. To register, please visit http://postmaster.live.com/snds/. Mitigation of the IP address issues takes approx 24-48 hrs. Once everything has been done by the admin of the domain and IP, you should start receiving your emails. A quick look: http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups/lookup-reputation - 94.76.203.19 - The IP address 94.76.203.19 is not currently listed as "poor" on the Barracuda Reputation System. Also have a look here: https://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx https://www.rackaid.com/blog/hotmail-blacklist-removal/ Let me know if you need further info. Hope this helps. Adrian@TORQEN
No problem Will! Easiest way to identify the problem is to send an email to any hotmail or live.com address from the 350z-uk domain and check the mail log on the forum. It will show you some codes, statuses and link to the postmaster diagnosis. Feel free to call me any time if you need further info.
