IanRowland Posted July 11, 2016 Share Posted July 11, 2016 Hi All, went to start my 02 350Z import on Friday and the immobiliser wouldn't disengage, so it wouldn't start. Tried locking and unlocking, both keys, disconnecting battery and no joy! Had a mechanic plug in and said it was stuck in lock mode but that he couldn't deactivate. OliverB Posted October 17, 2016 Share Posted October 17, 2016 Not sure if you've got this fixed or not as it was a while back, but I had the same issue. I sent my ECU to Horsham Developments, they disabled the immobiliser check, now starts just fine. The red light stays on when I'm driving (the immobiliser/alarm indicator light) but I've learnt to live with that. Also, the OEM headunit would occasionally sit in 'Secure' mode, which means it doesn't do anything - that fixed itself after 3 months happily enough. Please let me know if you got it sorted.
