Spatt
I managed to 'bump' mine when the battery died at Silverstone a year ago. I was hammering the tunes (as you do) and the thing just died on me after a few hours. I parked facing down a hill, depressed the clutch flicked the ignition into the on position and rolled away in second. Quickly lifting the clutch got me running and the tunes playing again. I did this twice from memory with no apparent issues, how come you didn't try to bump it if you where on a hill? that would have been my first action i feel (perhaps not the correct one) Ive heard bad things about 'jumping' a car that it can mess with the electronics but i suppose bumping isn't much better on the mechanical.
