Basically its for places like florida where its hot and you want to stop the warm coolant going through the throttle body. cascade88 Posted July 4, 2016 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I have one and it's a massive difference when feeling the plenum around the tb - now cool whereas before was too hot to hold.
