Alex350z
Managed to split a hard line that connects to the calliper when changing a front disk. Its leaking from where it connects from the calliper to the rubber joint that sits in a bracket. How can i stop it dripping and what should i do? I go to the nurburgring thursday!! Richf
A garage should be able to knock something up for you quickly and cheaply

Alex350z
I cant even remove the hardline as the studs are that rusted, im scared they are going to round. Any ideas?
Rob332
You will need to remove the damaged pipe. It will need to be replaced if it is split. If the unions are starting to round, your best bet would be to get lots of penetrating oil on them and get yourself some brake pipe spanners. A garage will be able to make up and flair a new pipe for you, but as Rich says, they will need the old one to get the measurements and bend points from. Hope you get it sorted. Alex350z
Ive cut the pipe, bent it over and flattened the end to attempt to stop it leaking. Having new front pipes made . Panic over, haha
