jowen7448
Is this the noisy clutch chatter that is prevalent on the 350s? If you depress the clutch when you switch off the engine is it noticeably quieter?

jowen7448
In that case I don't know mate. Somebody else with much more mechanical knowledge than me will be along to suggest something I am sure. I know my clutch chatters reasonably loudly and so switching off the engine I can hear that but it is much better if I turn engine off with clutch depressed but if yours isnt the same I couldn't really comment. Could it be an engine mount or bush or something?
ZMANALEX
Flywheel, cat heat shield, strut brace interfering with bonnet are 3 that spring to mind.
stubzie83
Found it to be the flywheel on mine when it was worn. Didn't make the rattle after it was replaced for at least 20k miles. Was then starting to come back a little but wasn't as bad as before the replacement Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Rock_Steady
If somebody has fiddled with the strut in the bay and hasn't been tightened enough, that can rattle. Bit of a long shot but you never know.
