Richf
I'm having issues finding a set of track day tyres for my 370z Ideally I want 295/30/19 rear and 255/40/19 fronts , I have a little flexibility around those sizes but i need more rubber on the back for sure , looking at the R888 and AD08r neither seem to be able to offer a set any options out there that I havent considered? Richf
yeah either the rears or fronts are available but not a set , i would prefer the same tyre all round
Ken
You would have more options if you can go to 18s but i don't know how that would handle on a 370.
brillomaster
Pirelli Trofeo R do a 295/30 and a 265/35 or a 245/35? tbh i'd have thought 255/40 is a funny size to pair with a 295/30, that's a difference in diameter of nearly 4%, a 35 profile would be a lot closer.
Richf
stock is 245/40/19 for the front so i'm trying to get close to that 265/35/19's will work , didnt know about the Pirellis , might give them a try can do 305/30/19 on the back as well
Ekona
305/30/19 is a standard GT3 size, so should be plenty of those available. If it's only for track then I wouldn't worry about rolling radiuseses and TCS stuff, as you'll have all that off anyway.
Richf
Not just for track for road use as well during the summer , so would like speedo reading about right
blobbish
I've got 285s on the rears which gives a sidewall of 85.5. Your 305s will give a sidewall of 91.5. Speed difference at 30 MPH over stock 275 is 1mph using a calculator on the Internet. So you should be safe as my GPS still shows about 2mph lower than the speedo with
Richf
Yep I use the tool on here , the difference is 1.41% less than 1mph at 70 mph http://www.carbibles.com/tyre_bible_pg4.html
