Lexx
Hi guys, The Team have noticed recently that we are having an increase in the number of Sale threads being submitted that do not meet the rules we have in place. Some of these are from long time members. As a reminder, the rules are below: Minimum of 15 quality posts on the forum (spamming to raise your post count will not be tolerated) * A photograph with your user name on a piece of paper with the item(s) must be posted at the time of placing the advert (names added digitally to a pic is not acceptable) * An asking price (and postage costs if applicable) should be included in the first post * Once an offer has been accepted the seller should update the post * All transactions should be completed swiftly and any delays should be agreed prior to completing * The seller has the right to withdraw or refuse sale before the transaction is complete * No Auction style sales to be carried out - that's what eBay is for. In addition, if you are selling a Zed then you must have been a member for minimum of 6 months, and have 100 quality posts.
Lexx
Guys it's getting silly now. Despite the words being posting large and in Red in each of the Classifieds subforums we are still seeing an increase in sale threads which don't meet the rules (and it's not like the rules have changed - they've been the same for years!). Multiple offenders will start getting warning points issued.
Lexx
Starting to see an increase in For Sale adverts being submitted that don't meet the rules. This is a polite reminder to check your ad meets the requirements before you post it.
