Zeezeebaba
Morning The rubberised strip at the top of my windscreen has started to lift off at motorway speeds. Once stationary I just push it back down but this isn't ideal. What is the best way to sort this please? Thanks
RS8055
Oh god, yes... I had this issue on the autobahn. Was doing about 200kph and the stupid thing flew off and slapped my roof! Didn't know what it was until I stopped. In all honesty, I just super glued it down... had my windscreen replaced since then too and no issues as far as I am aware!
veilside z
I know this is available from the stealers as a two part item, but unsure if anybody else has them. You could send a m to zmanalex on here.
Exec
Iv just bought one, well my bodyshop guy has. it is a two part item which sticks down using double sided tape. I'm getting my roof sprayed and removing windscreen is needed. My strip has two bits either side cracked off also.
samsniss350z
Could you not try using a little Urethane adhesive which is what Nissan use for gluing the screen? Other than renewing the complete seal I'd give this a go first as you might be able to spend 2 weeks in France with what you could save from Nissan if it worked, or alternatively
