MarkW
Ive decided to get my wheels refurbed before I sell my car. Ive found a place which is near where I work called Lap Tab, they seem professional and I have found some positive reviews. The question is they only do certain colours, so I cant get them refurbed to the exact same colour and need to decide which colour will look best. Pics of wheel colours on link below: http://www.lap-tab.co.uk/alloywheels.php My Car is a Black GT4. I have a favourite but wonder what others think. u2----
Where is the Kawasaki Green option???? As this is to sell your car Mark, I would stick as close to stock as possible (not everyone likes black wheels etc!). After saying that I do think the Charcoal / Anthracite would look great on a Black GT4.
sl114
Keep it standard dude, they suit kuro the best IMO
M13KYF
seeing as you might be selling it soon, I'd keep it standard
lomoto
Standard, if your selling
Chris`I
Keep em standard if you're selling, thats what a buyer will expect
GIXXERUK
standard - appeal to the wider audience mate
MarkW
Totally agree about keeping standard if selling, but thing is their 'standard' silver looks significantly lighter than my GT4 wheels and I'm worried it wont look right. They dont do colour matching (dont know if any wheel specialists do), so whatever I choose wont be standard anyway. I was thinking about the black chrome as they are still silvery but a bit darker and think they would look good. If I really like them (and my back gets a bit better), I may end up keepig it a while longer anyway
zebedee!
A colour like that should be fine Mark as most people wouldn't notice the change from stock. Funny i was talking to these guys today as they claim to be able to do split rims but as per usual you have to split them apart yourself and assemble them up aiang once refurbed Simon

jonathan73
Here's what they look like Anthracite - I had mine done under warranty.... They took some getting used to, but after a week or so I thought they were an improvement. However, I then decided to sell! And, they helped the sale. The 3 serious buyers all stated they liked the wheels more than the standard colour. But that's of course only my experience.
Liam's Z
If it's helped with the sale then what a bonus

Yeah, you're probably right. It would have cost me £50 less to have them as standard silver too, but I just wanted to be different...... martinmac
Looking good. Also looking very clean, makes me feel very guilty, cant hand wash the car as I live on a steep hill, local jet washes are all frozen
M13KYF
why does living on a hill stop you hand washing you car Martin. Can't work that one out
martinmac
Its only 1 deg C and the road is sheltered and icy so we have an agreement that anyone washing cars on the road will be lynched. Gritting truck normally gets to us about June. Off to my mothers to wash it, dont know her neighbours that well
