Suffolkz
Hello everyone, I've read one of the guides under the FAQ's section http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/75042-how-to-bluetooth-holder-removal/ Which is about removing the annoying bluetooth phone holder in the arm-rest cubby. However, I can't work out how to disconnect the connector block, once you've removed the bottom of the cubby Can someone let me know how please! Thanks
GappySmeg
All the electrical connectors on the Z are crap. There will be a raised bit on one of the sides of the connector... you need to squeeze it to release the connector. It will be ridiculously stiff, and you will hurt your fingers in the process.
GMballistic
^^ Probably what he said. It was ages ago now when I removed mine but I'm trying to remember if I used needle nose pliers or something like a small flat blade screwdriver to help tease apart the connector block?! bizizl
I used a small flathead screwdriver. Push down on the tab ( it on the bottom in the middle of the connector block) to release the connector
