bb83
I need to replace both front wings. I'm being optimistic and assuming that this should be a fairly easy job,but I have no idea tbh. Has anybody done this? Is there a removal guide anywhere that I can follow. Aside from buying new wings, will I need any other replacement parts (screws, clips etc)? I'm half tempted to take it into a body shop and pay for the work, but if this is achievable on the driveway then I'll have a go. Any advice much appreciated. Can't find any existing posts on this. Cheers, BB
billdingo
I've swapped one. I followed the relevant bits of this guide: http://my350z.com/fo...es-install.html You will need assistance, no way you will manage the door on your own, but apart from that it's pretty simple. No extra bits needed to do mine, though some trim clips may be handy as a couple are bound to break.
gareth29
I've done both of mine on the drive, on my own, just needed another pair of hands briefly to position the new wing whilst I popped the bolts in. You dont need to remove any bolts on the door hinges, or remove the bumper. Its just a bit fiddly with lots of clips and bolts to undo. Go for it! jimmy.farrow7
NOTE TO SELF ** Before writing an essay to help OP, read description properly, front wing removal NOT wing mirror removal!😂😂 Edited February 25, 2016 by jimmy.farrow7
