That's Waxstock, which is meant for detailers and trade people to have stands on, not car clubs.

Says car clubs are welcome and you can have up to ten cars if you look at the details tab it says car clubs welcome.

Where? I can see where it offers tickets for 10 or over, but not a stand.

oh it says with special allocated parking in the arrive and shine arena for 10 cars !

Car Clubs Welcome.

 

We do a special car club deal for 10+ tickets booked via our trade-at–waxstock–dot–com email address, with allocated parking in the outdoor Arrive and Shine area, at the front of the Arena (arrive before 10.30am). What’s more, the top three cars per club will automatically compete for ‘Car Club Winner’ in the Arrive and Shine – potentially winning a trophy for their club and maybe even something for themselves.

 

Select the details tab and then its on the right handside.

My turn now, where does it say about fuel and departure times ?. Incarnation always says you cannot leave before the shows ends but we do.

That bit didn't apply to the outdoor arena, hence why I deleted it as it wasn't relevant.
