-Bradders-
I've managed a 5.9 in my zed when it was burning oil too! Torque app said 5.9 anyway! and that was with a passenger.

Ekona
30-100 is much better. Removes any silliness about how much you want to break your drivetrain, and focuses purely on usable speeds. Big stuff can use 30-150 instead.
zippypooz
The zed isnt really a 0-60 car, it comes into its own from 45 onwards imo. It has a great hp/tq curve and as cars go, its still pretty quick, handles great and looks the dogs danglies!...especially when lowered a little and sitting on a nice set of 19's!!

blobbish
I drag race mine , its never quick enough especially not when you get beaten by a diesel Skoda ! You can get great performance out of the Skoda's. My Fabia VRS was my first car I modded and after ploughing a small fortune I got it to just shy of 300BHP and 400/450nm (cant remember exact nm). It was a rocket, but had the aerodynamics of a brick!
Richf
My daily drive is a Skoda Octavia VRS my last one was a Skoda Fabia VRS twincharged version , proper pocket rocket .....but a diesel ???
SkylineV35
Feels like every new hot hatch makes 300bhp+ my mates drive Golf R, new Civic TypeR and Audi S3 quattro 8v, I dont even bother trying to keep up anymore
Ekona
Your car has something called handling feedback though, which is what the CTR and S3 sadly lack. The Golf R though, can't help you there, it's a cracking all round package.
rabbitstew
Get the roof down now, the heater is fine in the Zed! Too right. I had the roof down on my zed nearly everytime I took it out, winter or not. If it was freezing then you could bung the heaters on and you`d soon be in a nice bubble of hot air.
