Hodaka
Did a quick search and found these. Possibly helpful, especially the 2nd link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/31362-headlining-removal/#entry914760 http://my350z.com/forum/body-interior-exterior-and-lighting-diy/461674-how-to-remove-your-headliner.html Good luck
GT4 Zed
It's easy. Just take seats out to get space and work your way from back to front or vice versa and releasing the trims as you go along. The key it to invest in a good multi trim too from eBay.
ZeppoJeff
Nah pretty easy and no need to take the seats out. 4 push clips at the back, remove all the seals at the top half, remove a pillars, loosen rear plastics, remove clear dome lights to reveal the light and then pull down on that and unclip plug, twist visor clip clockwise quarter turn and remove them. Two screws on each visor. Unclip to plugs at passenger a pillar then just pull down on light/sunglasses holder as there is 4 clips holding it on and boom it's out
