Vinny73
Seen a nice one I'd consider, they cost a reasonable amount more than their non GT Edition counterparts, to me anyway. All I can find online (and the thread in this forum) is they have a little more sound damping internally, dark grey rims and apparently better suspension and ride (though that can be subjective, I like a firmer ride in a sports type car) Is there anything else that makes £2-3k's worth of difference that I don't know about? Or would I be better off with a nice non "Edition" model and putting the difference into the exhaust, cool air intake, etc...? I swear one of these days I'll own a 370 Edited February 4, 2016 by Vinny73
Stutopia
Bit of extra sound damping doesn't hurt on the UK's intermittent road surface but it comes down to the shocks and dampers. The only way you'll know is to see if you can get a test drive in them both.
Richf
Reversing camera as well as the side stripes but is a 2012 "Edition" really worth £2-3k more than a 2012 normal GT? Are you comparing like for like?
ioneabee
exclusivity and a reversing camera as standard http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/104599-370z-gt-edition-for-sale/ but I'm not biased at all

Are you comparing like for like? Yes, same year, similar miles, there seems to be quite a price gap ~10% against some other non "GT Editions" whilst there are 2012 similar miles cars going for a similar price to the 2011 "GT Edition". Dealer prices are all over the show anyway.
ioneabee
I would expect them to hold their value better over time as well - similar to the anniversary editions
Robchriscross
I've drove both when I was Z shopping and the suspension difference is very slight Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Richf
I guess it boils down to personal preference, best to drive both and see if the options are important to you
veilside z
Maybe the insurance is higher I'm not sure, but thinking along the same lines as Andy, that they could retain a better value.
ioneabee
I doubt insurance is higher ................. I'm paying £280 forgot - they also have the anthracite coloured ray alloys
Wayne370Z
The Sat Nav was also standard equipment on the GT Edition as opposed to an extra cost option on the GT.
