russyb
interested in this whats needed to replace stock bose headunit ?
d95gas
Cheers GMBallistic.............. Yes she is doing ok.....back to giving me grief RussyB - straight forward fit to the 350. I can also through in a 350 bezel as I have a few spare. If you want to keep the steering wheel controls then you will need the additional Autoleads connectors, which I think run out at about £25 for the kit. This will enable you to run it with the steering wheel controls the same as the Bose. -Bradders-
Where you located? you might need to buy a surround for it
d95gas
He should be able to take out the single din converter bringing it back to standard. I can supply you with the double din bezel for the 350 no problem, I have a couple laying around.
Spatt
Thats great, i'm asking one of my mates to lend a hand as i couldn't wire a plug with a map if you asked me to haha. my head unit is playing up it keeps going really bassy then dead trebley sounds crap so i want a change. I did look at the fancy touch screen double dins but they're too expensive
d95gas
Spatt...... Please dont take this the wrong way as being pushy. We have it advertised on the Gumtree site, and I have had a guy texting me who wants to come down tonight to look at it. I have put him off till tomorrow night, as its not a good time for me. I just dont want you to go through all this, only to find out its sold. Ultimately would prefer it if it went to one of the members, and I dont like "Joe Bloggs" just turning up at the house!!!
