Vinny73
Hi all Took the plunge... Yet to see the car due to distance, but put the holding deposit on http://www.cc4cars.com/detail/174114/used-nissan-370z-3-7-v6-gt-sat-nav-low-miles-preston Anyone know of this specific car, previous owner/s, any issues? Cheers Vin
Ebized
Don't know the car but 370 roadsters are pretty rare and no longer being available means they are holding their value well so that one at the price being asked and being low miles looks a steal. JurassicZ
Vince, can't add much to my PMs but as Colin says above the car looks good and the price is very fair as long as you are happy with the condition. Check top rear of the window seals, and get the dealer to replace if they are worn (very likely) the parts are on 2 week back order. Check the rear corners of the bonnet do not catch the A pillar, as soon as the hinges stiffen up this can be a problem and apparently a pain to adjust. Of the 5 cars I looked at before I bought mine all just caught.
The Bodyman
Hi Vinny73. She looks good. Same colour as my roadster. Nothing much to add. Only thing you should try is. Try closing the roof. It might catch on the closing panel as it closes. You might ask them to adjust if it does. Any thing else is the same as the coupe. Send me a pm if you want to know more. Juggalo
That's a really poorly coded site. Hope the car is in a better state than their HTML

JurassicZ
But yours has a metal skid lid on However having followed it around most of North Wales, it really has the most beautiful backside in a wonderful colour!

formatzero
Prices are all over the place for sure. I called for and missed out on a 2012 10k miler with sat nav earlier today for 19495, described "as new" and I'd have pushed for it cheaper anyway. I've seen the lower end and the higher end price wise for 2011 15-27k milers and tbh, there's little difference between the £16500 car to the £20500 car (none of which I'd describe as great condition and none of which I now own!!). All the dealers seem to have average cars for significant prices. Personally, I will buy one at the price I feel represents the quality, age, miles, history and guide price of a car, for a good private purchase I'd expect something like a 2011 car with sub 30k miles that's actually in top condition to be 15-17k, with less miles, dealer/specialist history, and not needing anything... So much as a tyre, wheel refurb, ping dink sorted... To go for 16.5-18 private or trade. I walked away from another dealer car on autotrader at the weekend due to a nasty wheel arch scratch and dent, for 18.2k with less than 20k miles and otherwise very clean throughout. But all the above is just me, though im a buyer right now... As for your sale, try it at the higher end and see if you get a taker. Its what I'd do. This week end I refused a deal on a 62 reg gt edition at 17500 as it needed dent and other marks attended to it had done 20k miles.I won't mind spending a bit more for a low mile immaculate car. I would say that was well priced. Smart repair would have kept the repair costs down... Some people want everything for nothing! The bottom end of the market is still around 15k so a 62 is going to go for more.
