Andy_Muxlow
I saw some leather non heated seats on a 350Z in jct 17 before I bought my roadster I think they may have been re covered maybe but they didn't look all that good. Sent from my iPad using a hammer and chisel...
shaun350z
It depends on the spec of the 350z I was only looking for a UK GT spec so brembos, heated seats cruise control etc. I think it was only the UK enthusiast spec (I could be wrong) that came with non-heated leather seats hence the no perforations... Regarding the import thing I think it was only the ST spec (again could be wrong ) which is similar to the UK GT Spec that had heated leather seats so a lot more JDM Z's had non-heated leather seats. TimC
Spoiler looks really good mate, don't think I can remember seeing one on a 350 before. The car is is coming along nicely with the mods, I always think the JDM 350 looks bare without a rear spoiler. Really need to start cutting costs so i can get more stuff done that i want to do!
davidv10
So it was MOT time a couple of weeks ago, and unfortunately the car failed. It needed a set of new front discs and pads. I managed to get my hands on some nice MTEC black discs and some Brembo pads. Once fitted it passed fine! davidv10
Ok so another big update. I had this week off work, so when better to take apart my headlights and spray the internals black... Took a full 2 days work, but was definitely worth it! Looks better in person than in the pics though.

Not sure i have any close up ones really mate, but will try and take some for you. Not going to lie, im not sure how you have room for the OEM lip beneath the Celica one..? Guest
It sits slightly in front, looks good from the front and front/side but not sure about rear and full side on. Yours is probably further back on the boot. Didi you have the holes plated and sprayed?

I managed to get away with no bodywork as mine is JDM and was spoilerless, so no holes. And then i bought the OEM spoiler and just sticky taped it on, so no holes. davidv10
So ive been looking for a pair of Nismo sideskirts for a long time, as i wanted to get them in my colour to not have to worry about spraying them as i could fit them myself anyway. And finally came across some and they were at a very good price. They make such a difference to the car and look great! Mark261288
Looks sooo much better on the Rays. How did you find splitting the headlights? That black mastic tar stuff was an absolute nightmare for me.

That black mastic tar stuff was an absolute nightmare for me. Thanks. Yeh that was one of the first things i had to do! The headlights were a pain to be honest, as i dont have a heat gun and so just used a hairdryer. But the results were well worth the effort! Did you spray yours black as well? davidv10
So I decided to tint the lower rear light cluster, which i think looks better than the bright white before. The rear bumper was a pain to take off, but i got there in the end. Also while i had the rear bumper I decided to do a very rough test fit this beauty that i got hold of very cheap! It is booked in the body shop in 2 weeks time, but couldnt resist seeing what it would look like. Cannot wait to have it finished!

davidv10
Haha yes indeed! The cars are pretty similar actually, with the skirts and rear. I just need to get a front lip and then the exterior is basically how i want it. Oh and some facelift rear lights.
Olly350z
Facelift rear lights are a must imo, you'll be shocked how they completely change the rear end look. At night is the best obviously!
davidv10
Yeh ill keep an eye out on ebay for any braking. Did you go satin or gloss black for the diffuser on the rear bumper?
Olly350z
I want to say gloss black bud but I cant say for definite as I left it to my bodyshop Edited August 29, 2017 by Olly350z
davidv10
Ah ok. Looks gloss to me. Im undecided between gloss and Satin. My front bumper has the centre bar in satin, so i think it would make sense to match it with that. Looks great though!
varley16
Where did you get the chargespeed rear bumper from? And how good did it fit?
