MartinGT
righty ho, my 05 350z has the nissan birdview sat nav fitted, as i really don't use it much, and i'd like to fit some hidden gauges in the cubby hole, how much would i get roughly for it if i was to sell? thats the in dash display, fittings, remote + holder, dvd unit and disc? i assume it'll be perfect for jdm's and models without sat nav? Ozz
To be honest, they are soooo last year you won't get anything for it. I'll give you £50 for it because its Christmas

Ozz
that a no then! I heard the X-trails Navs are £150 (I'm looking for one) so you gotta be looking £200+ I'd have thought. Depends how much people want one really. Actually, just search the for sale section - can't find any that have been sold so perhaps you'll get a lot more. One thread said they were £1900 from the stealer.
MartinGT
i remember a new one for sale on ebay, think there was something missing, for a 350z, was something like 1k suppose stick it on ebay would be the best idea.
martinmac
Mine cost me a lot more than 1k fitted on the new 55 plate. Its a pretty good machine with two obvious drawbacks, update cds and doesnt take postcodes. E-bay is probably the best I would have thought. GC350z
lol I might of made you an offer for this had you posted it yesterday. Sat nav is not an option on the Z in Ireland so I gave in yesterday and ordered a Garmin 760.
MartinGT
to be honest i wouldn't be selling it til later in the year, hopefully when i order the vortech kit, help pay for it and give me space for some lovely gauges

MartinGT
is it just the instruction manual you're after?
Zummertor
What language would that be in then ? Quick serious comment (for a change), not yet paid for Christmas otherwise might be interested in the rest of it to go with the instruction manual just to fill the cubby hole. Guess I'll get a few other suggestions now
MartinGT
it'll be a bit dear just to fill the cubby hole! plus as i said it wouldnt be til later in the year when i get round to the vortech kit i'll post it up on here for sale before ebay though, cos i'll more than likely need the normal cubby hole in exchange. Zummertor
True enough, plus I have sat nav on phones anyway, but having had a car one before I quite liked it. Time to think about options.
GIXXERUK
birdview dvd sat nav is from £1200 in the brochure the pain is the discs go out of date and cost almost £200 from nissan and they are compiled the year before so they are out of date when you buy them
