Bigjimg
Fitted some shiny new silicon hoses the other day, been running around in the car since with no problems untill tonight. Went to pick up a parcel from nearby fedex on my return suddenly temp shoots up rapidly. Result, a bottom radiator pipe slashed through by one of the pulleys at front of engine. Never noticed at the time but I had put it on the wrong way round, doh! Just incase anyone else is doing this its an easy mistake to make.

Oggieteepo
Yeah thanks mate, got some Hoses I am planning to fit after Christmas when I next change my fluids. As a precaution I alway take a photo of whatever I am changing before I touch it so I have a reference point to come back to. Hope you caught the temp before any damage was caused.
